Nipple Shields

Medela Nipple Shields, worn over the nipple and areola, have a special design that allows an uninterrupted flow of breast milk, while providing a larger surface for the baby to latch on to. Available in three sizes, Nipple Shields offer maximum comfort for mothers whose doctors recommend use of a nipple shield to help with latch-on difficulties. All shields are Contact Shields which offers an open section that allows for more skin contact and for the baby to stay in touch with the mother's smell. Nipple Shields should be used only with the supervision of a trained professional.
